I started out at a design agency, improving internal tools for big enterprise teams. Then I moved into healthcare, most recently as a Lead Product Designer at athenahealth. There, I redesigned patient self-check-in and took a patient communication product from 0 to 1 as the sole designer.

I’m curious by nature. I like digging into messy problems, talking to the people living with them, and building the systems that keep a design consistent as it grows.

Right now, I’m drawn to 0-to-1 work, the kind where the answer isn’t obvious yet. Healthcare is home turf, but I’m just as happy poking around other industries to see how they solve problems.
